Al Gore In Hiding During Global Warming Debates

Apparently things have not gone very well for Al Gore as news of Global Warming conspiracies (maybe even crimes) among the scientific community arise and things have unraveled at climate change summits. Now, it appears that Mr. Gore is dodging the debate altogether as the public scrutinizes the science behind his movie. Carbon Dioxide Rule Could Endanger Businesses

The Obama administration is expected to declare carbon dioxide as a dangerous pollutant at an international climate summit according to this Wall Street Journal article (Highlighted).

These actions by the EPA and Obama administration will likely result in devastating costs to the American people including increased energy and transportation costs as well as the loss of many jobs in vital industries such as steel and oil. It could only strengthen offshore competition and weaken our already weak economy. Under current economic circumstances, one would assume that the administration has a death wish for the nation it is sworn to serve. Also, with all of the recent revelations from the scientific community debunking claims related to global warming, it’s just foolish for Obama to burden America with additional economic responsibility in the pursuit of imaginary environmental improvements.

White House Declares Baseball On Fox News

Wow. I can’t believe the Obama administration actually declared war on Fox News and tried to spin it as a classic American baseball game. What ever happened to freedom of speech and the free press? Should news networks be intimidated by the White House? Is that really how the White House expresses American leadership? Our previous president got blasted by the media on a regular basis, and you never saw him complaining and declaring war on CNN or other news stations that harbor liberal commentators. I guess this is just another example of the entitlement and arrogance that we’re learning to expect from Obama’s cabinet.

When the government starts looking for ways to control anything in the private sector, it makes me nervous. It really doesn’t help when the president is attempting to take control of everything else ranging from health insurance to the auto industry. In fact, a leader that seeks to control everything under his/her rule is historically labeled as a dictator rather than an obsessive control freak.

In a recent report from the Department of Homeland Security titled “Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment”, Americans who oppose abortion, don’t appreciate gun control, or have served in the armed forces were added to the list of potential threats to national security.
